Product Introduction

The SZG Double Cone Vacuum Dryer is a new generation drying device developed by our factory based on the technology of similar domestic products. The double cone vacuum adopts belt-chain two elastic connection methods, so the equipment runs smoothly. The specially designed process fully reflects the good concentricity of the two shafts. The heat medium and vacuum system both adopt reliable mechanical seals or rotary joints. On this basis, we have developed the SZG-A, which can both steplessly regulate speed and perform constant temperature control. As a professional drying equipment manufacturer, our factory's products are complete from high-temperature heat transfer oil as heat medium, medium-temperature steam to low-temperature hot water. When drying viscous materials, our factory will specially design a "scraper" mechanism or set steel balls in the tank for you.

Applicable Materials

Suitable for concentration, mixing and drying of powdery, granular and fibrous materials in chemical, pharmaceutical, food and other industries, and materials requiring low-temperature drying (such as biochemical products, etc.). More suitable for drying of easily oxidized, volatile, heat-sensitive, strongly irritating, toxic materials and materials that do not allow crystal structure to be destroyed.

Performance Features

◎ When oil heating is used, automatic constant temperature control is adopted, which can dry biochemical products.

◎ And mineral raw materials, the temperature can be between 20~160℃.

◎ High thermal efficiency, more than 2 times higher than general ovens.

◎ Indirect heating. Materials will not be contaminated, meeting "GMP" requirements. Equipment maintenance and operation are simple and easy to clean.
