Product Introduction

The disc continuous dryer is a highly efficient conduction-type continuous drying equipment. Its unique structure and working principle determine that it has the characteristics of high thermal efficiency, low energy consumption, small floor area, simple configuration, convenient operation and control, and good operating environment. It is widely suitable for drying operations in chemical, pharmaceutical, pesticide, food, feed, agricultural and sideline product processing and other industries. It has been well received in practice in various industries. Currently, three major types are manufactured: atmospheric pressure, closed and vacuum; four sizes: 1200, 1500, 2200 and 3000; three materials: A (carbon steel), B (parts in contact with materials are all stainless steel), C (on the basis of B, steam pipelines, main shaft and supports are stainless steel, and the cylinder body and top cover are lined with stainless steel). With drying areas of 4~180m2, there are hundreds of models in the series, and various matching auxiliary equipment can be provided to meet users' needs for drying various materials.

Performance Features

(I) Easy Regulation and Strong Applicability

◎ By adjusting the material layer thickness, main shaft speed, number of rake arms, rake blade type and size, the drying process can achieve a better state.

◎ Each layer of drying disc can independently introduce hot medium or cold medium to heat or cool the material. Material temperature control is accurate and easy.

◎ The residence time of the material can be accurately adjusted.

◎ The flow direction of the material is single, with no back-mixing phenomenon. Drying is uniform, quality is stable, and no further mixing is required.

(II) Simple and Easy Operation

◎ The start-up and stop operations of the dryer are very simple.

◎ After stopping feeding, the rake blades for conveying materials can quickly empty the materials in the dryer.

◎ Through the sight glass of the special large inspection door, careful cleaning and observation inside the equipment can be carried out.

(III) Low Energy Consumption

◎ The material layer is very thin, the main shaft speed is low, the power required by the material conveying system is small, and power consumption is low.

◎ Drying is carried out by conduction heat, with high thermal efficiency and low energy consumption.

(IV) Good Operating Environment, Recoverable Solvent, Dust Emission Meets Requirements

◎ Atmospheric Pressure Type: Due to the low airflow velocity inside the equipment and the humidity distribution inside the equipment being high at the top and low at the bottom, dust is difficult to float to the top of the equipment, so the exhaust gas discharged from the top moisture exhaust port contains almost no dust.

◎ Closed Type: Equipped with a solvent recovery device, organic solvents in the moisture-carrying gas can be easily recovered. The solvent recovery device is simple with high recovery rate. For flammable, explosive, toxic and easily oxidized materials, nitrogen can be used as the moisture-carrying gas for closed-circuit circulation to ensure safe operation. Particularly suitable for drying of flammable, explosive and toxic materials.

◎ Vacuum Type: Disc dryer operated under vacuum state, particularly suitable for drying of heat-sensitive materials.

(V) Convenient Installation and Small Floor Area

◎ The dryer is shipped as a whole, transported as a whole, and only needs to be hoisted into place. Installation and positioning are very easy.

◎ Due to the layered arrangement of drying discs and vertical installation, even if the drying area is large, the floor area is still very small.
