Product Introduction
Spray drying is a widely used process in liquid process forming and drying industries. It is particularly suitable for generating powdery and granular solid products from solutions, emulsions, suspensions and pasty liquid raw materials. Therefore, when the particle size distribution, residual moisture content, bulk density and particle shape of the finished product must meet high standards, spray drying is a preferred process.
Working Principle
Air is filtered and heated, then enters the air distributor at the top of the dryer. Hot air enters the drying chamber uniformly in a spiral form. The feed liquid is atomized into extremely fine mist droplets by the high-speed centrifugal atomizer at the top of the tower body (rotating), and contacts the hot air in co-current flow. It can be dried into finished product in a very short time. The finished product is continuously discharged from the bottom of the drying tower and the cyclone separator, and the exhaust gas is emptied by the fan.
Performance Features
◎ Fast drying speed. After the feed liquid is atomized, the surface area is greatly increased. In the hot air flow, 95%-98% of the moisture can be evaporated instantly, and the drying time only takes a few seconds. It is particularly suitable for the drying of heat-sensitive materials.
◎ The product has good uniformity, fluidity and solubility, high purity and good quality.
◎ The production process is simplified and operation control is convenient. Liquids with moisture content of 40-60% (special materials can reach 90%) can be dried into powder products in one step. After drying, no crushing or screening is required, reducing production processes and improving product purity. The particle size, bulk density and moisture of the product can be adjusted within a certain range by changing operating conditions, making control and management very convenient.

Chemical Industry: Sodium (potassium) fluoride, basic dyes and pigments, dye intermediates, compound fertilizers, formaldehyde silicic acid, catalysts, sulfuric acid agents, amino acids, white carbon black, etc.
Plastic Resins: AB, ABS emulsion, urea-formaldehyde resin, phenolic resin, melamine (urea) formaldehyde resin, polyethylene, polyvinyl chloride, etc.
Food Industry: Full-fat milk powder, casein, cocoa milk powder, milk substitute powder, blood powder, egg white (yolk), etc.
Food and Plants: Oats, chicken juice, coffee, instant tea, seasoning spices and meat, protein, soybean, peanut protein, hydrolysates, etc.
Sugars: Corn syrup, corn starch, glucose, pectin, maltose, potassium sorbate, etc.
Ceramics: Alumina, ceramic tile materials, magnesium oxide, talc powder, etc.
