1. This product is mainly used for inline marking on angle steel lines, replacing the existing angle steel line marking machine to achieve arbitrary code combinations and arbitrary marking.
2. CNC automatic control, with marking codes freely arranged without manual replacement of character cassettes. It automatically interfaces with the lofting program, and marking codes are input automatically without human intervention, eliminating the probability of errors.
3. A dedicated coding algorithm enables centered character printing, avoiding eccentric loads and extending the service life of the marking cylinder.
4. It retains the original hydraulic marking system and features a CNC-adjusted character code disc. The upper computer transmits character combination programs, completing any character combination within 1 second for automatic marking.
5. It enhances character service life and overall marking machine durability, while ensuring marking quality—consistent depth and uniformity regardless of the number of characters.
6. Each character is tracked with impression count statistics, facilitating early warning for character life. Alerts are triggered upon reaching the impression count, forcing character replacement to prevent damage to the equipment.
