The TKJ16K CNC angle steel flange opening machine is mainly used for flange opening processing of angle steel. This equipment features a built-in hydraulic system in the mold and multiple preset CNC opening (closing) angles. During each angle steel processing operation, there is no need to replace angle blocks or shims, effectively reducing labor intensity for workers and improving work efficiency. This machine has an independent power mechanism and electrical system, adopts centralized push-button control, and offers both jog and semi-automatic working modes. The working pressure, pressing speed, and stroke range of this machine can be arbitrarily adjusted within the specified range as required. It can also complete two process modes: constant-pressure forming and constant-stroke forming. In semi-automatic operation, both process modes feature pressure-holding delay and automatic return stroke after pressing. During operation, place the angle steel to be processed in an appropriate position; start the press switch and cylinder switch to achieve flange opening at a specific point on the angle steel, and use the same method to complete flange opening along the entire angle steel; follow the above sequence to complete flange opening for the entire batch of angle steel. This equipment is easy to operate, stable in operation, and has low maintenance costs. The equipment is equipped with reserved interfaces and can be modularly upgraded with accessories.
