In-line Angle Steel Opening and Closing Machine

The TKH16K in-line angle steel opening and closing machine is mainly applicable to the opening and closing angle processing of angle steel. The processing molds of this equipment are equipped with a built-in hydraulic system and multiple preset CNC opening (closing) angles. During each angle steel processing, there is no need to replace angle blocks or shims. The PLC system provides centralized control, effectively reducing labor intensity for workers and improving work efficiency. This machine has an independent power mechanism and electrical system, adopting PLC centralized control. After setting the specifications and processing positions of the angle steel to be processed, the equipment automatically identifies the workpiece from the material distribution rack, feeding channel, feeding device, etc., sends it into the processing mold for processing, and automatically delivers it to the finished product channel to complete unloading. This equipment features a high degree of automation and intelligence, requiring no manual intervention for loading/unloading or mold operation. The entire processing process is controlled by the program, offering convenient operation, greatly improving production efficiency, reducing production costs, and minimizing personnel exposure to hazardous substances and dangerous environments.
