I.Uses and Features:

1. This product is mainly used for automatic corner cutting of Q235/Q355 ∠40×3-∠110×10 angle steels, with the longest angle steel of 12000mm and the shortest of 400mm.
2. After the angle steel is conveyed into position through the feeding channel, the two combined corner cutting devices automatically perform angle steel corner cutting through program control.
3. This equipment adopts two combined cutter disc corner cutting devices, which can complete various types of corner cutting such as A and B face corner cutting of angle steels.
4. The cutter disc adopts hydraulic control, with stable, precise and fast corner cutting;
5. The rotation and movement actions of the corner cutting cutter disc are both controlled by servo motors to ensure motion control accuracy.
6. The hydraulic station adopts electro-hydraulic servo control to maximize energy saving and consumption reduction.
7. The high degree of equipment automation reduces production processes and labor force.
