Angle Steel Inline Corner Notching Machine

I.Purpose and Features:

1. This product is mainly used for automatic corner notching of Q235/Q355 ∠40×3-∠110×10 angle steel, with angle steel lengths ranging from 12000mm maximum to 400mm minimum.
2. After the angle steel is conveyed into position via the infeed channel, two sets of corner notching equipment automatically perform the notching process under program control.
3. This equipment adopts two combined cutter-head corner notching units, capable of completing various types of corner notching, including notching on the A and B faces of the angle steel.
4. The cutter heads are hydraulically controlled, ensuring stable, precise, and fast notching.
5. The rotation and movement of the notching cutter heads are driven by servo motors, ensuring precise motion control.
6. The hydraulic power unit adopts electro-hydraulic servo control, maximizing energy savings and reducing consumption.
7. The equipment features a high degree of automation, reducing production steps and labor requirements.
