Nitrogen Generation Truck

The nitrogen generation truck is a special petroleum vehicle modified on an automotive chassis, primarily used for nitrogen generation, nitrogen injection, and pressure testing operations to enhance oil well production. Its power is provided by a diesel engine mounted on the truck bed, and it is equipped with devices such as a liquid nitrogen pump and an evaporator. It features stable medium flow, high operational efficiency, simple control system operation, safe and reliable operation, and convenient maintenance, making it an ideal device for nitrogen generation and injection operations in oilfields. By drive type, it is classified into two categories: mechanical drive nitrogen generation trucks and hydraulic drive nitrogen generation trucks. The mechanical drive type uses a mechanical gearbox to drive a three-cylinder plunger pump, while the hydraulic drive type uses a hydraulic torque converter to drive the three-cylinder plunger pump. It can also be manufactured in a skid-mounted structure to meet the needs of different user groups. The control system can provide functions such as a remote control box and overpressure alarm protection.
