Boiler Truck

Boiler Truck: A special petroleum vehicle modified on an automotive chassis, mainly used for operations such as wax removal from oil pipes (rods), well unblocking, pipeline thawing, pipeline dredging, heavy oil dilution, and equipment cleaning. It can also serve as a mobile heat source, widely used for heating other media, pipelines, and equipment cleaning. It integrates functions such as high-pressure cleaning, heated well-flushing, and steam wax removal. Featuring stable medium flow, high heat value, high thermal efficiency, high equipment utilization, long service life of the onboard special boiler, simple operation system, safe and reliable ignition, and convenient maintenance, it is an ideal device for oilfield wax removal operations. Classified by drive type, there are three types: mechanical boiler trucks, hydraulic boiler trucks, and electric boiler trucks. The power of the mechanical boiler truck is provided by a diesel engine on the vehicle-mounted platform; the power of the hydraulic boiler truck is provided by a hydraulic power unit; the power of the electric boiler truck is provided by a diesel generator set. It can be manufactured in a skid-mounted structure to meet the needs of different user groups. The control system can provide functions such as over-temperature alarm protection and over-pressure alarm protection.
