Cementing Truck: A special-purpose petroleum vehicle modified on an automotive chassis. The cementing truck is a specialized complete set of equipment used for cementing operations in oil drilling engineering. Its core function is to pump cement slurry into the annular space between the wellbore and casing at the designed pressure and displacement rate to achieve consolidation of the casing and wellbore wall, while also completing supporting processes such as injecting cement pre-flush fluid, post-flush fluid, and displacement fluid. Its power is provided by a diesel engine mounted on the vehicle platform, equipped with a high-pressure, large-displacement triplex plunger pump. It features smooth medium flow, high operational efficiency, simple control system operation, safe and reliable operation, and convenient maintenance, making it ideal equipment for oilfield cementing operations. By drive type, it is classified into mechanical transmission and hydraulic transmission types. The mechanical transmission cementing truck uses a mechanical gearbox to drive the triplex plunger pump; the hydraulic transmission cementing truck uses a hydraulic torque converter to drive the triplex plunger pump. It can also be manufactured in skid-mounted structural form to meet the needs of different user groups. The electrical control system can provide remote control box and overpressure alarm protection functions.
