In terrains with limited space and compact layouts, the high-angle sandwich belt conveyor replaces the traditional solution of "multiple standard conveyors plus transfer stations," significantly reducing floor space and equipment investment.
The high-angle sandwich belt conveyor is a special type of high-angle belt conveyor that operates on the dual-belt clamping principle: the upper and lower conveyor belts sandwich the material being transported between them, with pressure rollers integrating the two belts into one unit. The belt tension holds the material within the belts, enabling high-angle or even vertical (90°) lifting.
Application fields: mining, ports and docks, electric power — steep incline conveying in coal handling systems of thermal power plants, metallurgy, building materials, chemicals, and other complex operating conditions.
