Stacker

The tripper car is a discharge device used in conjunction with belt conveyors. It is widely applied in industries such as metallurgy, coal, electric power, cement, and mining. When a belt conveyor is used to transport materials to storage bins, the tripper car can move along rails parallel to the longitudinal centerline of the belt conveyor, discharging materials into multiple bins according to the process requirements without the need for additional transfer equipment. It can also achieve load-shifting and fixed-point shifting as required by the process. In addition, a mobile sealed dust removal device can be installed on the tripper car according to user requirements, effectively preventing dust from escaping during discharge and ensuring that the dust level in the working environment meets industrial standards.
