Tongtai Board / TT Board (Through-Color Cement Board)
Tongtai/TT Board is an eco-friendly cement board with uniform color throughout, made by adding certain mineral pigments to raw materials, using special cement, spherical silica beads, high-purity siliceous quartz sand, and other materials. It provides wall functionality while also offering decorative appeal.
Due to the involvement of color and texture in the production process, the manufacturing lead time is relatively long, and customers should allow sufficient time for stocking.

4. Color Options

Installation Details
① Penetrating Dry-Hang System
Special toggle bolts are used to secure the decorative board to the base keel. It is typically sealed, and insulation materials (such as rock wool, etc.) can be filled in special areas. Primarily used indoors, it offers a distinctive industrial decorative style.
② Steel Frame Dry-Hang System
Matching fasteners are used on the front and back faces of the Tongtai Board to secure the decorative board to the base keel. The steel frame can serve as a decorative component, adding ornamental value and creating a unique decorative effect.
③ Adhesive-Anchor Combined System
The Tongtai Board is fixed to the base keel using a combination of bonding mortar and structural adhesive. This method is safer and more stable, and is generally used for exterior wall decoration, offering a cement-textured decorative style similar to contemporary cement-based wall finishes.
