The coating can operate at temperatures below 980°C, and it also demonstrates good toughness and machinability. It is suitable for all thermal spray processes and equipment, primarily used as a protective coating for steel and low-alloy steel components under high-temperature conditions, and can also serve as a binder phase for carbide coatings. In addition to the above applications, the high-quality nickel-chromium alloy powder produced by our company can be used in fine powder form for heat exchange components in new energy vehicles and as a base material for non-stick coatings.
