Nickel-coated graphite composite powder is a composite powder material with graphite particles as the core and metallic nickel coated on the outside, offering good lubrication and corrosion resistance. After thermal spraying, this material can form coatings and structures with high strength, oxidation resistance, thermal shock resistance, and a low friction coefficient. It is widely used in compressor abradable seal areas of engines operating below 500°C, for medium- and low-temperature self-lubricating bearing materials and filter materials, as well as for various types of turbines and machine parts requiring tight clearance sealing surfaces.
