Product Introduction

High-hardness nickel-chromium-boron-silicon alloy powder is the most widely used wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant alloy powder, with a relatively low melting point; the powder melting temperature is 950-1050°C. It exhibits excellent self-fluxing properties, wettability, and spray-welding performance, and is commonly used for preventive protection and repair of parts requiring corrosion resistance and wear resistance, especially those subject to sliding wear, such as wire drawing rollers, cams, plungers, and conveyor rolls in rolling mills.
