The CK(X)53 series is a CNC single-column moving vertical (milling) lathe, with a machining range from 16 meters to 28 meters. It has the capability to turn spherical surfaces, cylindrical surfaces, tapered surfaces, threads, end faces, and internal and external
ring grooves, and features constant-speed cutting. It is suitable for high-speed steel, carbide, and ceramic tools, and can efficiently and automatically machine various ferrous metals and alloys, non-ferrous metals,
and some non-metallic materials. The machine is widely used in the processing of large parts in industries such as aviation, heavy machinery, energy, shipbuilding, metallurgy, chemical engineering, and transportation. Optional
accessories include milling tool holders, various milling heads, copying devices, and motorized spindle grinding heads.
Product Features
- The main base components of the machine adopt high-quality welded parts and undergo multiple heat treatments to eliminate internal stress.
- The X and Z axes adopt a one-chamber-one-pump closed-type constant-flow hydrostatic guideway, featuring low friction coefficient, good vibration resistance, and long-term reliable maintenance of positioning accuracy.
- The worktable is radially centered by high-precision double-row short cylindrical roller bearings, and axially supported by constant-flow hydrostatic guideways, providing good lubrication and vibration absorption. An unloading bearing is installed in the worktable to share the axial load.
- The spindle is equipped with a high-precision rotary encoder, enabling constant-speed cutting, thread turning, and indexing (when the milling function is configured).
- The main drive of the worktable adopts a dual-motor drive structure. During turning, the two motors drive synchronously to provide high torque for the worktable; during indexing and milling, the two motors eliminate gear transmission backlash, ensuring high-precision indexing and milling rotation of the worktable.
- The machine can be optionally equipped with the Huazhong CNC, Siemens, or FANUC numerical control systems.
