The CK(X)58 series is a CNC fixed-crossrail double-column vertical (milling) lathe with a machining range from 4 meters to 10 meters. It is capable of turning spherical surfaces, cylindrical surfaces, tapered surfaces, threads, end faces, and internal/external ring grooves, and features constant-speed cutting functionality. It is suitable for high-speed steel, carbide, and ceramic tools, enabling efficient and automatic machining of various ferrous metals and alloys, non-ferrous metals, and certain non-metallic materials. The machine is particularly well-suited for machining large bearings and gear rings in the energy and manufacturing industries. Optional accessories include milling tool holders, disc-type tool magazines, various milling heads, in-machine tool setters, workpiece measuring devices, and motorized spindle grinding heads.
Product Features
- The main base components of the machine are made of high-quality cast iron and undergo heat treatment to eliminate internal stress. The structure adopts a thermally symmetric design, providing high thermal stability.
- The X and Z axes use closed-type constant-flow hydrostatic guideways with one pump per cavity, featuring low friction coefficient, good vibration resistance, and long-term reliable positioning accuracy.
- The worktable radial positioning uses high-precision double-row short cylindrical roller bearings, while the axial direction is supported by constant-flow hydrostatic guideways, providing excellent lubrication and vibration absorption. A high-precision rotary encoder is installed in the worktable, enabling constant-speed cutting, thread turning, and indexing (when the milling function is configured).
- The worktable main drive adopts a dual-motor drive structure, where two output gears mesh with the worktable ring gear to drive its rotation, reducing the single-tooth load on the ring gear and improving its service life and the stability of the worktable. During turning, the two motors operate synchronously to provide high torque; during indexing and milling, the two motors eliminate gear transmission backlash, ensuring high-precision indexing and milling rotation of the worktable.
- The machine can be configured with turning tool holders, turning-milling composite tool holders, and single/double tool holders based on machining requirements.
- The CNC system is standardly equipped with the Huazhong CNC system, with Siemens and Fanuc CNC systems available as options.
