The TABLE Deck Regular Standard Slab Formwork System uses Q700 zinc-magnesium-aluminum high-strength alloy steel, featuring a standard support head design without an early-striking mechanism, making the components simple and easy to maintain. The formwork panels are lightweight and can be manually handled and installed, offering flexible and free layout, and can be directly mixed with aluminum formwork. It is compatible with multiple support systems such as ring-lock, quick-strike, and crab-type scaffolding. The system provides full continuous support until the concrete reaches its design strength, preventing micro-cracks caused by slab disturbance, making it ideal for irregular slabs, thick slabs, post-tensioned slabs, villas, renovations, and non-standard floor projects; it is not recommended for high-rise standard residential projects that require rapid early-striking turnover. Full services including detailed layout drawings and on-site technical guidance are available.
Product Advantages
- Simple structure with low loss rate: The standard support head has no moving parts, is not prone to deformation or damage, requires fewer repair components, and reduces rental operating costs.
- Flexible layout adaptable to irregular shapes: No fixed module restrictions, free arrangement, perfectly handling irregular, non-standard, and thick slab conditions.
- Can be mixed with aluminum formwork, allowing customers to reuse existing aluminum formwork resources and reduce additional equipment investment.
- Manual operation with low construction threshold: Individual panels are lightweight and can be carried by one person, with few assembly and disassembly steps, reducing worker training costs.
- Good pouring and molding quality: Fewer panel joints reduce grout leakage, resulting in smooth concrete surfaces and less post-finishing grinding and repair work.
- Strong compatibility, adaptable to ring-lock, Kwikstage, and Crab scaffolding support systems.
