◇ Product Introduction
ZB-T60 is a two-component polyurethane waterproof coating. Component A is a prepolymer produced by the polymerization reaction of polyether polyol and isocyanate, while Component B is a mixture composed of plasticizers, reinforcing agents, crosslinking agents, and other additives. During application, Components A and B are mixed evenly according to the specified ratio and applied to the waterproofing substrate. Upon crosslinking and curing, a rubber-like elastic film with high strength and high elongation is formed.
◇ Product Features
● High strength, reaching up to 6.0 MPa or more; excellent elongation performance, up to 450% or more; superior low-temperature performance.
● The product can be applied in thick coats, forming a dense, bubble-free film that creates a continuous, seamless, and complete elastic waterproofing layer.
● Cold application: after Components A and B are thoroughly mixed in proportion, the product is ready for use, offering simple operation; free from harmful components such as coal tar.
● Forms a film through chemical reaction, exhibiting excellent low-temperature resistance and impermeability, with strong resistance to abrasion, acid, and alkali corrosion.
