The pneumatic shaft drilling rig is a mechanized specialized rock drilling equipment used for shaft excavation. The machine is powered by compressed air and adopts a hydraulic transmission type, with all actions mechanized. The drill rod displacement is rapid, accurate, and smooth, and it is equipped with a YGZ-70 type guide-rail independent rotary rock drill, achieving high drilling efficiency. It can also be modified with a sliding seat to be equipped with other types of high-efficiency rock drills.
The hydraulic station of the machine is driven by a pneumatic motor to supply oil to the pump, and a multi-way valve centrally controls each cylinder, achieving fixation of the column in the shaft and positioning of the pusher at the working face. Hydraulic locks are installed at the inlet and outlet of each cylinder to achieve accurate positioning of each cylinder. It has a rigid boom and pusher, and with the adoption of a parallel movement mechanism, the accuracy and efficiency of the drill arm holes are improved, while reducing the physical labor of workers. It adopts a cylinder-wire rope propulsion type, with adjustable propulsion force, large rod pulling force, and stable operation, capable of meeting the requirements of different rock hardness at the working face. Except for the propulsion cylinder, the entire machine uses standard cylinders, making maintenance easy.
