Ground Hydrogen Refueling System

CRRC Qishuyan Company has collaborated with leading domestic hydrogen refueling equipment enterprises to adopt a mature hydrogen refueling station solution for configuration. The core equipment of the hydrogen refueling system mainly includes hydrogen dispensers, hydrogen compressors, sequence control panels, hydrogen storage systems, chillers, hydrogen dispensers, etc., ensuring operational safety and meeting the daily hydrogen refueling needs of hydrogen fuel systems for new energy locomotives.

High refueling capacity: The entire solution adopts a standard hydrogen refueling station design, with a refueling capacity of up to 1000 kg per day, and can complete the refueling of a 500~2000KW class Chinese standard hydrogen fuel locomotive in as fast as 0.5 hours. It can meet the rapid refueling needs of multiple hydrogen fuel locomotives.

High safety: The system is equipped with abundant sensors for comprehensive real-time monitoring of the hydrogen refueling station's operating status, featuring a complete safety design with overpressure, leakage detection, and flame detection alarms. The control system is stable and reliable, and all equipment has obtained whole-machine explosion-proof certification.

High intelligence: The control system is highly automated, featuring functions such as safety self-inspection, automatic filling, flow control, proactive warning, automatic shut-off, and automatic shutdown. It is equipped with a self-leakage detection system to ensure the safety of the entire system.
