Application Scenarios
During the low-temperature cold start testing of fuel cell stacks, the ethylene glycol small circulation system can provide a cooling circulation loop with controllable temperature, flow rate, and pressure for the stack, enabling the stack to start safely in low-temperature environments, thereby evaluating the cold start performance, stability, and reliability of the stack.
Product Features
◆ Stack cooling: During low-temperature cold start, the stack is typically at a relatively low temperature and needs to rapidly heat up to the normal operating temperature range. The ethylene glycol small circulation system accelerates the heating of the stack by circulating coolant (typically an aqueous ethylene glycol solution) through the stack, preventing the stack from overheating protection.
◆ Temperature and related parameter control: The ethylene glycol small circulation system can control the temperature (flow rate, pressure) of the ethylene glycol solution entering the stack within a specified temperature range according to user requirements, thereby enabling reliability verification or R&D data validation of the stack at different temperatures.
