This new machine ranges main feature is that it has a modular and versatile design, which allows each customer to configure its own machine with unprecedented flexibility. ONAs AF MODULAR series machines use prefabricated modules for the different bodies that configure the X-Y-U-V-Z axes, drastically reducing machine assembly time. ONAs AF MODULAR range offers multiple combinations for the X-Y-Z travels. In the X axis the travels to choose from are: 800, 1000, 1500 or 2000 mm. In the Y axis: 800, 1000, 600 or 1300 mm. In the Z axis: 500, 600 or 700 mm. Each customer can get a custom system for the same price and lead time as a standard machine. ONA AF MODULAR models include a new high power ONA EASYCUT digital generator, designed and sized to reach the highest possible EDM cutting speeds (450 mm2/minute with wire with 0.33 mm and 370 mm2/min with wire with 0.25 mm), providing 100% electrolytic corrosion free cuts and without any detriment to cutting speed.
