In its basic form, this multi-function machine provides precise straightening of the stock, and accurate control of the storage loop. When equipped with the optional hold-down arm and peeler table, the Minster Straightener facilitates safe and efficient threading of the coil. When installed along with a complete Minster coil line, it controls and supplies hydraulic power to the thread table, reel and coil car. The Minster Straightener also communicates via its PMC with the press and feed PMC, providing complete coil line control and diagnostics.
