Enclosed versions with noise, water and dust proof cabinets maximize operating comfort and easily comply with highest safety standards. Dry versions and low cost open design versions are available also. Manual up to fully automatic adjusting systems to customers product sizes minimize the setup time loss and maximize the production and profit. Fist class components - all spindles, screws and bolts are stainless steel. This guarantees maximum life time of products. Optional features like complete belt station in stainless, drying stations, camera part detection, surface checking, wear compensation and more is available. The spacious cabin allows to walk inside for service and allows special customer required operations. Special stations for satin finishing of edges and inner angles on complicated profiles are attached. The noise protection cabin is equipped with demister for a clean operation. Part return system in front of the grinding station allows to inspect the tubes during transport. The tubes can be transported back to the entry of the machine for inspection and turning of the tube. A camera system recognizes the position of the tube and adjusts the pressure controlled head simultaniously for the hight. The guardings of the stations are in stainless steel. Drying stations on the unload magazine perpare the tubes for foil coating. A visualization system enables the operator for easy handling of the complete line. The heating zone removes moisture before the tubes are entering the foil coating zone. Finally a ink printer marks the tubes prior to packing in bundles.
