designed by means of the calculation of finite elements, the model mp is based on a solid and rigid construction, what assures to the customer flexibility and complete security. the mp is a milling centre that allows comb......designed by means of the calculation of finite elements, the model mp is based on a solid and rigid construction, what assures to the customer flexibility and complete security. the mp is a milling centre that allows combinations and infinite applications the construction of the column is based in pearliting casting gg30 with a design in "u" where the overarm passes through the centre of it. . also, the column rests on a longitudinal carriage which moves thanks to two direct drives on the rack fastened to the bed. the overarm rests on a vertical car centred at the centre of the column. all this allows that with a travel of 1.200 in the cross axis an optimal rigidity is been supported along all its course. the union between bed and table allows major stability and flexibility for the installation of different enclosure systems. all round enclosure is standard excepting the cover, being this as an option. the front doors and also the sidelong of the table they both are joined to a rear closure with accordion bellows closing all the perimeter of the machine.
