The machine is assembled on a natural granite bed with linear motors on both axes, digital drives on all rotary axes and integrated motors, manufactured by Danobat, on the work head and the wheel head. The wheelhead is driven by am electro spindle of 15 kW water cooled, holding a 500 mm wheel. The technology of the axes drives, the sensitiveness of the guiding systems and powerful and simple software allow contour grinding at high speed and any process combination.
