To handle those small parts (dimensions of 0.4 mm 0.2 mm), measuring systems with a resolution of 0.5 microns are used. The stationary Vision system measures the parts precisely and determines the exact dimensions before the component is placed. Due to the light weight of the components, special coated tools are used.
