With the "Centricator" from Deckel, you can centre the work spindle of your machine tool over holes or journals, position workpiece corners using the edge finder, or align workpiece surfaces vertically to the spindle. You can choose from the following: Centricator CO-S with a fixed mounting shank and the CO with interchangable shanks for scanning ranges up to 125 mm in diameter. The Centricator CIII features an adjustable carriage and an expanded scanning range of up to 480 mm in diameter for universal applications, hard-to-reach positions for aligning with a sensor for plane surfaces. Only with the Centricator, you will obtain a centering accuracy of less than 0.002 mm.
