Steam Falling Prevention Platform for Condensed Gas of Steam Turbine

The anti-falling platform of steam turbine low pressure cylinder is designed according to the internal structure of different low pressure cylinder. The main material of the anti-falling platform of the low-pressure cylinder is multi-layer Kevlar, the auxiliary material is high-strength synthetic fiber rope with rope sleeves at both ends, and the metal pendant is 304 stainless steel and galvanized parts.  At present, the low-pressure cylinder anti-falling platform designed by our company has three ways of fixing in the low-pressure cylinder: hook-hanging type, binding type and suspension type. 5-6 people can work in a low pressure cylinder, and the installation time is completed within 4 hours. The anti-falling object platform of the low-pressure cylinder of the steam turbine is light in design, easy to install, fireproof, anti-smashing, and has no risk of falling. It can well accept the falling objects above the cylinder and protect the cooling titanium pipe in the low-pressure cylinder. Avoid the risk of falling in the traditional low-pressure cylinder scaffolding steel grid. Compared with the traditional low-pressure cylinder anti-falling object erection method, the working efficiency is improved by more than 4 times. The anti-falling platform of the low-pressure cylinder of the steam turbine can be reused many times, and it is convenient to store after use. At present, the steam turbine low-pressure cylinder anti-falling platform produced by our company is used in Yangjiang Nuclear Power Station, Lingdong Nuclear Power Station and Fangchenggang Nuclear Power Station. The use effect is good and has been well received by the users.
