The 2PfG 1169/08.2007 standard applies to single-core flexible cables (wires) used on the DC side of photovoltaic systems (the portion from the photovoltaic cells to the DC terminal of the photovoltaic inverter) with a maximum permissible DC voltage of 1.8kV (core to core, non-grounded system). This product is suitable for use under Class II safety levels, and multiple cables can be used in parallel.

1. Product Standard: This product is manufactured according to the 2PfG 1169/08.2007 "Requirements for Photovoltaic Cables" standard.

2. Application: The 2PfG 1169/08.2007 standard applies to single-core flexible cables used on the DC side of photovoltaic systems, with a maximum permissible DC voltage of 1.8kV (core to core, non-grounded system). The product is suitable for use under Class II safety levels, and multiple cables can be used in parallel.

3. Features:

a. Rated Voltage: AC 0.6/1kV; DC 1.8kV.

b. Operating Temperature: -40~90°C;

  • Maximum conductor temperature: 120°C;
  • Short-term maximum short-circuit temperature: +200°C;
  • Service life of not less than 25 years;
  • Excellent ozone resistance and acid-alkali resistance;
  • Superior insulation resistance;
  • Good low-temperature winding and bending performance;

c. The ambient temperature during cable installation should not be lower than -20°C.
