• This product is manufactured according to GB/T 5013-2008 "Rated Voltage 450/750V and Below Rubber Insulated Cable," JB 8735-2016 "Rated Voltage 450/750V and Below Rubber Insulated Flexible Cords and Cables," and Q/320282 GAD116-2022 standards. Additionally, it can be produced according to IEC standards, British standards, German standards, and American standards as required by the user.

2. Application:

• Rubber insulated wires (cables) are suitable for mobile installation in power devices with a power frequency rated voltage of U0/U 450/750V and below.

3. Features:

• The power frequency rated voltage U0/U is 450/750V, 300/500V, 300/300V.

• Maximum Allowable Conductor Temperature: 60°C.

• Minimum Operating Temperature: The lowest allowable working environment temperature for the cable is -35°C.

• Resistance to Oil and Fuel: Cables such as YQW, YZW, 60245IEC57, YCW, 60245IEC66, 60245IEC82, and YHF are suitable for use in environments contaminated by mineral oil and fuel.

• Cable Bending Radius:

  • For cables with a diameter (D) ≤ 25mm: Bending radius ≥ 4D.
  • For cables with a diameter (D) > 25mm: Bending radius ≥ 6D.
  • D = Outer diameter of the finished cable
