Efficient All-Oil Cooled Wall: The furnace is equipped with mosquito coil-shaped coils at the front and rear, with transition coils filling the gaps in the inner coils. The entire furnace is fully encased by oil tubes, increasing the radiant heat exchange surface and reducing the heat storage of refractory materials within the furnace. This design also significantly lowers the heat loss from the front and rear smoke boxes. The structure of the front oil-cooled wall helps the low-NOx burner further reduce NOx emissions.

Ample Heat Exchange Area: The boiler body uses spiral coils combined with enhanced heat transfer modules, forming a three-pass flue gas structure. This modular design, equipped with enhanced heat transfer modules, achieves true counterflow heat exchange, allowing the exhaust gas temperature at the boiler outlet to be lower than the oil outlet temperature. The design also maintains a compact structure, minimizing surface heat loss.

Comprehensive Cylinder Insulation: The outer oil tubes are tightly attached to the inside of the cylinder, preventing gas scouring and keeping wall temperatures low, which extends the boiler's lifespan. The outer side of the cylinder features a multi-layer staggered insulation structure, with the inner layer made of high-temperature-resistant aluminum silicate fiber and the outer layer of glass fiber with better insulation properties. The external reflective film minimizes heat loss.

Convenient Maintenance: The boiler features a quick-opening front smoke box door and a rear inspection manhole with a labyrinth double seal, ensuring no smoke leakage.

Flexible Energy-Saving Combinations: Depending on the owner’s actual operating conditions, the boiler can be equipped with energy-saving devices such as an air preheater, waste heat steam boiler, or hot water economizer either separately or in combination. The overall efficiency of the boiler system can reach 92%-100%.
