Product Overview
- The TFZLN series premixed ultra-low NOx condensing vacuum hot water boiler uses patented technology for a water-cooled finned tube fully premixed low NOx burner. The low flame temperature creates a more uniform temperature field, avoiding localized high temperatures and suppressing the formation of thermal NOx, with NOx emissions below 25mg and as low as 18mg when oxygen content is 7%. The boiler features forced cooling of circulating water, preventing high-temperature backfire. The precisely calculated fire hole size ensures uniform distribution, preventing backfire and blockage, resulting in ultra-low NOx emissions.
High Efficiency
- The boiler achieves the highest efficiency through counterflow heat exchange, where the coldest return water exchanges heat with the coldest flue gas, and the hottest water exchanges heat with the hottest flue gas. This design maximizes the temperature differential for optimal heat transfer efficiency. The finned tube design significantly increases the convective heat transfer area, fully absorbing flue gas heat. The integrated corrosion-resistant condenser can achieve up to 98% thermal efficiency when the return water temperature is 60°C, and over 100% efficiency when the return water temperature is below 45°C.
Safety and Reliability
- The boiler operates under negative pressure, ensuring absolute safety, is exempt from national inspection, and does not require operator certification. It is equipped with dual overpressure protection, dual temperature protection, and a large-diameter mechanical explosion-proof device.
