The Annular Cooler Sintering Machine Waste Heat Boiler is a non-combustion, self-deoxygenating, natural circulation boiler designed for waste heat recovery and dust removal from the exhaust gases of sintering annular coolers. The boiler is vertically arranged, featuring a support tube box structure, and is designed to withstand the temperature fluctuations caused by the exhaust gases from the sintering annular cooler.
Key Features:
- Structural Design: The boiler comprises an inlet turning flue, boiler body heating surface tube box, outlet flue, steel frame, platform ladder, drum, and deaerator. The boiler's primary feature is its dual-pressure self-deoxygenating structure, which prevents low-temperature corrosion.
- Temperature Regulation: A water spray desuperheater is set between the high and low-temperature superheaters to regulate the main steam temperature, ensuring it meets the steam temperature requirements of the steam turbine.
