Modular, Flexible, and High Reliability/Measurability Design:
The Zico-10 Distributed Partial Discharge (PD) Monitoring System consists of a computer running PD measurement software, 5 or more monitoring units (Zico), and high-frequency current sensors. The computer and multiple collection units are connected via fiber optics, Ethernet, or WiFi. The distance between each two collection units can reach up to 2000 meters. The plug-and-play communication interface allows for the addition of more collection units without interrupting the system's operation. -
Complete Electrical Insulation:
The fiber optic network ensures complete insulation between each collection unit and between the units and the control computer. This significantly enhances the safety of the equipment and the accuracy of PD measurement. Electrical insulation eliminates interference between collection units, allowing for non-grounded measurements. It also enables accurate measurement even in systems with different ground potentials, such as cross-interconnected cable systems. -
Supports Online Monitoring:
The Zico-10 system is designed for permanent monitoring of high-voltage cables and other electrical equipment in operation. Multiple channels of different collection units can simultaneously capture the same data, ensuring consistent monitoring. PD processes can be recorded and stored for offline processing, with trend graphs displaying the measured values of long-term PD data. Each collection unit can be independently configured with PD alarm thresholds. -
Visual Representation of Multiple PD Diagrams:
The system provides visual displays of various PD patterns, such as phase-resolved PD patterns, signal separation diagrams, and pulse diagrams. It shows key characteristics like maximum discharge, signal frequency distribution, and phase. -
Fully Chinese Software Interface:
The software includes functions for data acquisition, playback, and report generation, all with a user-friendly Chinese interface. -
Cloud-Based Communication and Data Sharing:
The system's data display computer can communicate with a cloud platform in real-time, making it easy to extract, operate, and share data.
