Our company has designed an offset valve oil pump that can extract crude oil with a viscosity of up to 4000 mPa·s.
Structural Features:
- The upper and lower pump cylinders and the upper and lower plungers are organically connected to form a sealed pumping chamber. The oil intake valve is located on one side of the pump body, and during the downward stroke, the oil outlet valve of the upper plunger is closed to achieve hydraulic feedback.
- Side liquid intake reduces the intake resistance and increases the filling degree of the pump chamber.
- This pump does not require the installation of a release valve underground. The lifted sucker rod can be used for downhole testing, steam injection thermal recovery, and oil release operations.
