Composite silicate insulation material features a solid matrix combined with a closed microporous network structure. This product is made from high-quality natural mineral magnesium silicate, combined with chemical additives and high-temperature binders, and manufactured through processes such as pulping, molding, shaping, drying, finishing, and packaging. It is thin in material, easy to install, lightweight, soft, and has good resilience, along with strong plasticity. It can be effectively used even on dissimilar equipment. Additionally, due to its excellent bonding properties, it adheres well and is not easily dislodged after installation, resulting in a long service life. Its applications are extensive, including in the chemical construction, heating, power, petrochemical, and heating industries.
