This product is developed by absorbing foreign professional technologies and combining domestic practical conditions. The ZGS-12 series American-style pre-assembled box-type substation is suitable for 10kV ring network power supply, dual power supply, or terminal power supply systems, serving as a transformer, metering, compensation control, and protection device. This product meets the following standards: GB/T17467-1998 “High and Low Voltage Pre-assembled Substations”, and DL/T537-93 “6-35kV Box-type Substation Ordering Technical Conditions”.

Compact structure, with volume only 1/3 to 1/5 of the same capacity European-type substations, and lower height.

Can adopt a modular structure to avoid contamination of transformer oil in the oil tank.

The high-voltage side uses double fuses for full-range protection, significantly reducing costs.

Can be used in both ring networks and as a terminal substation, with emergency plug-in capability for cable terminals at 200A load current.

The box body uses a honeycomb double-layer composite board, providing thermal insulation and heat dissipation functions.

The low-voltage side is equipped with an electronic phase loss protector, which can quickly disconnect the main incoming switch when abnormal voltage occurs in the system.

The high-voltage side uses oil-immersed load switches or SF6 load switches, which can be electrically upgraded to support distribution network automation.

Equipped with oil-immersed S9 or the higher-performance S11 series transformers.

The high-voltage side of American box transformer is provided with full-range protection by backup protection fuse and plug-in fuse in series, which is simple in principle, economical and reliable. The backup protection fuse is an oil-diffuse high-voltage current-limiting fuse with large breaking capacity and only operates when the transformer fails. The plug-in fuse is equipped with double-sensitive fuse, which can provide double protection of current and temperature. After the double-sensitive fuse is blown, the fuse core can be easily replaced on site.
