PPS is a thermoplastic engineering plastic with thiophenyl in its molecular backbone. The modified PPS has good compatibility with many polymers and additives, offering high temperature resistance, dimensional stability, and resistance to deformation. It also has high impact strength and elongation at break, as well as excellent chemical corrosion resistance.

The Vicat softening temperature of the PPS ultra-high temperature liner tube is above 260°C, with a long-term service temperature exceeding 140°C. It can maintain high mechanical performance, dimensional stability, and a low friction coefficient under long-term working and thermal loads.
