Wedoany.com Report on Mar 4th, EnerMech has recently signed a five-year Mechanical, Electrical, and Instrumentation (ME&I) maintenance services contract with the Ampol Lytton Refinery in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia. This agreement expands EnerMech's service scope at the refinery from electrical to comprehensive ME&I maintenance, growing the team from 19 electrical personnel to a multidisciplinary group of 50.

Under the contract terms, EnerMech will integrate existing electrical and instrumentation services with newly added mechanical operations, including scaffolding and rope access, providing a unified maintenance solution for the refinery's daily operations and planned shutdowns. The Lytton Refinery, operational since 1965, is one of Australia's key refining facilities, significantly impacting fuel supply and the regional economy.

Charles Davison Jnr, CEO of EnerMech, stated: "This ME&I maintenance contract builds upon the reliable services our team has already been providing to Ampol, enhancing our support through integrated maintenance. It demonstrates our team's capability to safely and efficiently execute large-scale projects on critical refining assets in Australia."

"We are proud of our local Infrastructure and Industrial Solutions team and look forward to supporting Ampol's ongoing maintenance and operational goals over the next five years, solidifying EnerMech's position as a long-term, trusted partner." EnerMech's Infrastructure and Industrial Solutions team focuses on full lifecycle engineering services for energy and industrial projects, including pre-commissioning, maintenance, and shutdown support in sectors such as petrochemicals and LNG.

In January of this year, EnerMech also secured a contract from Saipem for offshore pre-commissioning work on the Whiptail oilfield offshore Guyana, located in the Stabroek block operated by ExxonMobil, approximately 200 miles off the coast.
