(ICTSI) announced its audited financial results for 2025, reporting net income attributable to equity holders of USD 1.05 billion, a 23% increase from USD 849.8 million in 2024. On a continuing operations basis, excluding non-recurring items and the impact of business changes, net income grew by 26%. Diluted earnings per share rose 25% from USD 0.407 to USD 0.510.

Revenue from port operations increased by 18% to USD 3.23 billion, up from USD 2.74 billion the previous year. Key drivers included higher throughput, an optimized container mix, tariff adjustments, and increased ancillary service revenue. Despite facing some currency headwinds from the depreciation of the Mexican Peso, Brazilian Real, and Australian Dollar, EBITDA grew by 21% to USD 2.14 billion, with the margin improving slightly from 65% to 66%.

Consolidated throughput reached 14.5 million twenty-foot equivalent units (TEUs), an 11% increase from the 13.1 million TEUs handled in 2024, with growth recorded across all regions. The recovery of the Contecon Guayaquil terminal in Ecuador contributed significantly. Excluding the impact of business changes, throughput growth was 10%.

Capital expenditures for 2025 amounted to USD 650.44 million, allocated towards expansion projects in Mexico, the Philippines, Brazil, and the Democratic Republic of the Congo, as well as equipment upgrades and a prepayment for the Batu Ampar Container Terminal in Batam, Indonesia. The budgeted capital expenditure for 2026 is USD 740 million, covering the continued expansion of the global network and four new projects in Honduras, Australia, Ecuador, and Mexico.

Enrique K. Razon Jr., Chairman and President, stated, "These results are a testament to the quality of ICTSI's diversified portfolio, disciplined capital allocation, and strong customer relationships." He expressed confidence in the company's ability to maintain its long-term growth trajectory.
