The project is located in Qingyuan City, Guangdong Province, with a total length of 164.89 kilometers. The winning consortium is responsible for the project's financing, construction implementation, and operation management. Upon completion, the project will connect with the under-construction Qinghua Expressway, forming a north-south rapid corridor linking southern Hunan, traversing northern Guangdong, and providing direct access to the Pearl River Delta. This expressway will vigorously promote industrial co-construction and coordinated regional development between the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and northern Guangdong.
