The agreements were signed with Gujarat state utility Paschim Gujarat Vij Company Ltd (PGVCL), which is responsible for implementing the state's distributed renewable energy bilateral procurement program.

The projects will be developed using domestically manufactured DCR-compliant photovoltaic modules, with a tariff of INR 2.76 per kWh. Power evacuation will be carried out through an 11 kV feeder-level substation network.
