en.Wedoany.com Reported - Germany-based Böblingen IT service provider Enthus GmbH has entered into a strategic cooperation with Osnabrück-based Sievers-Group. While maintaining legal and economic independence, the two parties will offer customers broader digital support through an integrated service portfolio.

Although IT service providers offer diverse solutions, a single company often cannot meet all customer needs. This cooperation between Enthus and Sievers-Group expands the service scope through contractual agreements, without involving changes to corporate legal structures or capital participation. Customers of both parties can access complementary IT services from the partner through their existing contacts, with delivery handled by the respective specialized companies. Enthus Chief Revenue Officer Wolfgang Hahl stated that customers will benefit from the partner network's capabilities ranging from Windows infrastructure to Microsoft 365 and Dynamics ERP, with each party fulfilling its role without requiring customers to coordinate on their own.
The cooperation aims to fill service gaps in the digital transformation of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). Enthus CEO Christian Uhl pointed out that SMEs need people who understand their business processes, not just tools. If an ERP system operates in isolation, infrastructure alone cannot meet the requirements. Sievers Group Managing Director Robert Brockbals believes that Enthus possesses the ITSM and workplace capabilities that his customers previously had to organize externally, and the shared focus on mid-sized companies makes the cooperation operationally straightforward. Another Managing Director Robin Kuhrt added that Enthus can deliver workplace operations and infrastructure with the same reliability as the application layer.
The cooperation takes effect immediately. Customers of both parties will gain access to a portfolio covering the core needs of digital transformation, spanning the full scope of modern IT environments: from network and endpoint infrastructure, to workplace operations, IT service management and Kubernetes-based operating models, to ERP and CRM applications based on Microsoft Dynamics 365, as well as enterprise content management (ECM) and data management, unified communications and collaboration, and AI-based solutions. The service portfolio also includes industry expertise in healthcare and logistics. Joint consulting services, workshops, and sales activities are planned to launch in the second half of 2026.
