The structure features exposed concrete as its core, connecting two functional volumes through a central courtyard.
The project was commissioned by Vallès entrepreneur Víctor Font and his partner Esther Arnan, who wanted to create a flexible space in the heart of Granollers for corporate events, private dining, meetings, product launches, wine tastings, food tastings, photo shoots, training sessions, and workshops. The building maintains a single material finish of exposed concrete throughout. In one of the volumes, the owners have retained a private area; the corresponding area in the opposite volume serves as a multipurpose hall, suitable for meetings, dinners, or small concerts.
The exposed concrete finish is contrasted by the choice of furniture and lighting. The dining area features PH5 Mini pendant lamps by Poul Henningsen for Louis Poulsen, paired with Mesa B tables in extruded aluminum by Konstantin Grcic for BD Barcelona, and Betty TK1 chairs by Thau & Kallio for &Tradition.
