Jalaj Gupta, Head of Mahindra's Commercial Vehicle Business, stated that the launch of the BLAZO X m-DURA dump truck and the new CEV5 construction equipment reflects the company's support for the "Make in India" initiative. In terms of customer welfare, the Mahindra Saarthi Abhiyaan program will provide 1,100 scholarships (each worth 10,000 Indian rupees) via direct bank transfer for the daughters of truck drivers, along with certificates of recognition.

The MTBD service network has expanded to over 400 touchpoints, including 80 3S dealerships, more than 2,900 roadside assistance service points, and over 1,600 spare parts retail outlets covering major truck routes in India. Mahindra Construction Equipment (MCE) has accumulated over 10,000 units in the Indian backhoe loader market and holds the top position in the motor grader segment, with products offering a two-year or 4,000-hour warranty.

In response to rising fuel prices, Mahindra has introduced a "Get maximum productivity per liter of diesel, or return the backhoe loader" guarantee for its BS4 series backhoe loaders (Mahindra EarthMaster SX IV and VX IV). The MCE after-sales and spare parts network has expanded to over 50 3S dealerships, authorized service centers, and more than 50 retail outlets, along with over 50 SPEV mobile service vans and mobile workshops.
