The new commercial vehicle store integrates vehicle sales, retail financing, immersive user experiences, spare parts supply, and technical training. This five-in-one facility aims to build a “golden triangle” of brand value, channel networks, and intelligent services, offering comprehensive solutions to customers.

Simultaneously, the Americas Regional Training Center functions as a technical talent hub. It provides tiered training for technicians, service advisors, and management personnel. The center plans to host 20 annual training sessions, producing around 8 skilled professionals each year. This will strengthen regional aftermarket capabilities.

With these facilities operational, Dongfeng Motor aims to improve regional service response times by 50% and reduce spare parts delivery cycles to 48 hours. These changes are expected to enhance customer satisfaction and service efficiency.
