Wedoany.com Report-Apr. 15, On April 13, 2025, Dongfeng Nissan launched pre-orders for its new all-electric sedan, the N7, with vehicles arriving at dealerships across China. The N7 is set to officially enter the market on April 27, 2025, with a starting price expected to be below 200,000 yuan.

Introduced at Auto Guangzhou 2024, the N7 is a mid-size electric sedan measuring 4,930mm long, 1,895mm wide, and 1,487mm high, with a 2,915mm wheelbase, surpassing the size of Nissan’s Altima. Available in six colors—Ink Blue, Flowing Silver, Frost White, Oatmeal Beige, Cyan, and Black—the N7 features a sleek, closed-front design reflecting Nissan’s V-Motion style. It includes split headlights, a full-width light bar, and an interactive lighting system that displays greeting patterns and themed light shows.

Aerodynamically optimized, the N7 boasts a drag coefficient of 0.208, hidden door handles, and 19-inch alloy wheels with 225/45 R19 tires. The charging port is located on the left rear fender, and the rear design features a full-width taillight with an illuminated NISSAN badge and a lowered license plate for balanced aesthetics.

The interior emphasizes simplicity, minimizing physical buttons. Buyers can select a forest green-and-white or light gray color scheme. A 15.6-inch 2.5K touchscreen dominates the dashboard, powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8295P chip and running the NISSAN OS platform. This system integrates AI models like DeepSeek and supports HUAWEI HiCar, Carlink, and Apple CarPlay. Additional features include a column-mounted gear selector, a 50W wireless charger, dual retractable cup holders, and an armrest fridge that cools to -6°C or heats to 55°C. Storage options include a 504-liter trunk with a 54-liter underfloor compartment.

The N7 introduces an “AI Zero-Pressure Cloud” seat with 49 sensors for adaptive comfort, offering heating, ventilation, and 12-point massage functions, though availability may vary by trim. An advanced driver assistance system, developed with Momenta, supports vision-based navigation for highways, urban areas, and smart parking, complemented by a 256-color ambient lighting system and a 14-speaker audio setup.

While full powertrain details are pending, regulatory filings suggest the N7 will offer single-motor options with 160 kW or 200 kW, paired with 58 kWh or 73 kWh LFP batteries, providing ranges of 510 km, 525 km, 540 km, 625 km, or 635 km, depending on the configuration.
